Found the bike I was interested in on BPMS' website. I was very surprised to find a Youtube video of a similar bike which offered great images and highlights of that model. Very useful! The site itself is well-organized and at no time did I have trouble finding what I was looking for. Making an appointment (Covid precaution) was easy and I was able to get a time slot that worked well for me. I explained to Mike Anderson where my riding level was and what was important to me. We had a great, casual conversation about the bike I was interested in. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Mike had thoughtful answers to all of my questions and concerns. I spontaneously asked about a specific helmet visor and before I knew it I had the exact one I wanted on order and for a great price. I did use financing and Amber was a pleasure to deal with. She was very prompt and gave me several options to choose from. Filling out the paperwork was effortless. Now that I've had some time with my new bike, I can say I have zero regrets. None.
